Mispackaged and Misprinted Product

In the case of mispackaged product(s), we can replace the incorrect product provided our Quality Assurance team is able to verify that the product is defective. In order to do this we must have the defective product(s) in hand. To send us mispackaged materials, please address your package to:

Included with this package should be documentation containing your full name, shipping address, and a description of the nature of your problem. If you sent us a customer service email about this issue, please include a copy of the email conversation as well. We recommend that you send this package with tracking or some sort of delivery confirmation. Cryptozoic Entertainment is not response for lost mail or incomplete packages.

In the case of misprinted cards, our first course of action will be to replace your card with the same card, please understand that this may not always be possible. If we are unable to replace it with the same card, we will replace it with a card of equivalent rarity.
