Thank you for contacting Cryptozoic. In order to help you with your damaged/missing pieces, please provide the following,

1. If you could respond with proof of purchase (attach file to this email)
2. If you no longer have the proof of purchase and has pass 30 days after your purchase, you are responsible for the shipping cost via USPS domestic/International.
3. Cryptozoic can provide the missing/damage cards at no cost to you
If you agree with the cost of shipping (if apply to you), if you could send us your shipping address, we'd be happy to send you a quote to mail the replacements for your damaged/missing pieces.

    This page seems pretty useless, it has no email to send support questions to.  But tells us to respond to one.
