We have recently learned of an issue with our Betrayal of the Guardian Epic Collections. The foil heroes that come in each of the Betrayal of the Guardian Epic Collections are meant to have extended artwork and text on the back of the card.  Unfortunately, the back of the foil heroes were printed with the standard World of Warcraft TCG background in error.  Please know that we want to deliver the best quality product and game play experience in all of our products and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.  We have already re-printed the foil heroes and will have available replacements in our office. 

If you have purchased a Betrayal of the Guardian Epic Collection, please contact us at www.wowtcg.com/contact by opening a ticket with our customer service.  We have had a number of re-printed foil heroes sent to our office so we can have the cards available for quick mailing.  Please include your mailing address so we have your information on hand to mail out the cards as soon as possible.

The re-printed foil heroes have been mailed to our distributors as to send to the stores that carry World of Warcraft TCG products.  This way, you also have the option of picking up the re-printed foil heroes at your local hobby store from where you purchased the foil heroes.  The re-printed foil heroes will also be available at our events.
